Monument to military dogs dedicated in San Antonio

Larry Chilcoat with his partner, Geisha, in Vietnam in 1969. Chilcoat, who lived in Victoria for 40 years before retiring from DuPont and moving to Rockport, worked to get a memorial built to military dogs.
